Can I customize my plan?
Absolutely! Our goal is to create a plan that perfectly fits your needs. While our pre-packaged plans (Starter, Standard, and Advanced) are a great starting point, we understand every business is unique.
If you require a specific combination of "Tracked Terms" and "Data Sources" that you don't see in our plans, we are happy to provide a custom quote. Please reach out to us via our Contact page and our team will tailor a plan just for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) for all monthly and yearly plans via our secure payment processor, Stripe. For annual subscriptions, we are also happy to offer payment via manual invoice upon request. We can issue invoices in USD, SGD, and MYR. Please get in touch with us to arrange an annual invoiced plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can request to change your plan at any time. All plan changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period, whether you are on a monthly or yearly subscription.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly), and you will not be billed again.
What is your refund policy?
All subscription payments are final, and we do not offer full or partial refunds for monthly or yearly plans. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to ensure you are not billed for the next billing period. If you're unsure which plan is right for you, we encourage you to get in touch with us before you subscribe.
Who owns the report data?
You do. Any custom report we generate for your brand is your property. We are committed to data privacy and will never share your specific report data with any third parties.
Do you offer programs for agencies?

Do you offer one-off reports without a subscription?
Yes, we do. While our subscription plans are designed to offer the best value for ongoing intelligence, we understand that some projects may require a single, in-depth report.
Please note that the cost for a custom one-off report is significantly higher than our monthly subscription rates due to the dedicated, upfront research and analysis required.
