Welcome to Mediapod. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the intelligence reports (“Services”) we provide. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Mediapod provides marketing intelligence reports based on publicly available data from sources including, but not limited to, news articles, forums, and social media platforms. Reports are delivered to you via a secure link and/or as a PDF document. At present, our service does not include user login accounts.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Our Services are offered on a subscription basis, with billing cycles that are either monthly or yearly. All payments are processed through our secure payment partner, Stripe. Upon request, we also offer payment via manual invoice for all annual subscriptions.
3. Changing or Canceling Your Plan
You may request to change your plan at any time. All plan changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly). You may also cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be billed again.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final, and we do not offer full or partial refunds for monthly or yearly plans. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to ensure you are not billed for the next billing cycle. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before you subscribe.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services or reports. This includes, but is not limited to, reselling our reports without an official partner agreement, or sharing the reports publicly or with other entities not covered by your subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
You, the customer, own the specific report that we generate for you. Mediapod retains ownership of our platform, brand, methodologies, and the underlying technology used to create the reports.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
